2. Data We Process

Registration data (name, email), training activity (modules viewed, scrim attendance), payment metadata (processor IDs, not card numbers), and technical data (IP, device, cookies, approximate region).

3. Purposes & Legal Bases

• Provide and manage the Service — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract necessity).
• Security, fraud prevention and integrity of competitions — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
• Analytics and product improvement — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR with opt‑out where applicable.
• Marketing communications — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent); you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

Training records are kept for the program duration plus 2 years. Billing records are retained for the periods required by Dutch law. We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed.

5. Sharing

We share data with trusted processors (hosting, analytics, email, payment) under written data‑processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

6. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your Rights

10. Juniors

Participants under 18 require parental/guardian consent. Parents/guardians can request access or deletion of a minor’s data by contacting us.
